Guilt Within - Daryl Dixon
Daryl felt his hands shaking, he was sitting in his apartment in the commonwealth with tears in his eyes. He was holding Judith’s homework, a drawing of her family. There was plenty of people in it, himself included but those that Judith hadn’t met when she was old enough to remember was making his heart burn. He dropped the paper onto the coffee table and ragged sobs began to escape his lips. He was glad the kids were at school, he didn’t know what to do with all of these emotions. He tried to push all of these emotions down so he could focus on his family and the kids. He gripped the couch as more ragged sobs escaped his mouth. “Oh…. God…” He stood up and made his way down the hall, his legs wobbled as he continued forward. He gripped the sink and stared into the mirror, tears dripped down the drain. He looked back into the mirror, his blue eyes were filled with sadness. He squeezed his eyes closed as he thought deeply about how he got this far. He didn’t know how he was the one
